I read that he can enroll in a school - pay his own way for 2 semesters - and while enrolled in school he

can speak with the coaches of that school. I'm not sure if he'd be allowed to practice with the team at his new school or not...

But it certainly seems like UT St thinks he was recruited away and the block is more about punishing his new team than punishing the player.
