I listened to the interview this morning and I didn't get the sense that he was delaying the decision in order to get his trips in. He said very matter of factly that he would be signing in February. I interpreted it as February being the time he is able to sign; as in he isn't an early qualifier and needs to get his degree (which would require waiting until February.)

It didn't sound to me at all that he is chomping for an offer from USC/Oregon and will take it the minute it comes. He's just playing the game and justifiably is interested to see what interest is out there. I just wish Mitch Harper had asked him point blank if he was seriously considering the other schools coming in late.
