Bronco lives in a different time. Both have done well with what they have been given. Right now BYU is 6-0 at home and 2-3 on the road. With a win at USU and a bowl game win, that puts us a 10-3. For this year's schedule, I think that is a very positive outcome and is a great recruiting tool for kids in the upper 20% of recruits -- especially the LDS kids that we have missed in years past like Ngata and Tuipulotu.

In years to come, we can say that we play the best schools in the nation and one of the toughest schedules -- all on national TV. I see another top 25 NFL pick coming up for our DE and maybe for our QB. That is what you want:

1 National Championship
1 Heisman Trophy Winner
2-3 Top ten NFL Picks
3-4 NFL Pro-Bowlers/Hall of Famers (Young, Ziggy, McMahon, etc.)
A Dozen NFL players (forward thinking)
National TV Audience every Saturday
Top 20 schedule year-in, year-out

No way that we lose LDS recruits and we should be picking up some self-disciplined all-stars as we go along. Baylor is getting them and there are a few going to service academies.
