When their offense has the ball, they score basically at will and run time off the clock. It doesn't matter how utah scores points; special teams, offense, defense. Doesn't matter because with the Oregon offense, they just score score score.
When you take their qb off the field, they don't do that. You would think that it would be obvious to you that Oregon only scored 92 points in their 3 games without Vernon. Yet in their last 3 games with him they've scored 138 points. Just a slight difference.
