and even Utah State? What about the first half against Boise State, Cincinnati, and ECU? Just like every year, weak competition drives our numbers up. I'm more concerned with how we play consistently against the better competition on our schedule.
Our defense has struggled at times this year but they played well enough to keep us in every game (except for Michigan). At some point we can't allow the offense to struggle for three out of four quarters, leave the defense on the field for most of the game, and expect that they aren't going to give up yards. We have to get more consistent and productive on offense which will go a longs ways in improving the defensive numbers.
