Tl;Dr version

The woman admitted to lying to the police about multiple details in her testimony.

She tried to commit suicide 4 months before she met Kobe because she failed to advance in American idol.

She was on heavy antipsychotic meds and apparently suffers from schizophrenia.

I am not saying kobe didn't rape her, but I find his side of the story far more credible...
