I feel bad for the girl because depression, suicidal thoughts/actions, drug overdose, schizophrenia are no joke. I wouldn't wish those things on my worst enemy. Horrible deck of cards some people are dealt.

My point in all of this is not to say Kobe was innocent, but to stop people from calling someone a rapist when there is reasonable doubt.
