we are about a 25-30ish team. that's where we live. but just one year it'd be
great to be top 10. and about half the years end up around 23-25.
and i think that's possible. not possible with the current regime, but possible.
we recruit in the 40s and 50s and 60s folks. we're not a top 25 perennial team. but i think we can be better than what bronco has done.
