He never adapted his game to what his role should be in the NBA. If he was smart in the D-League he'd start gearing his game to be a spot up 3 pt shooting specialist and learn to move without the ball and be an effective scorer w/o the ball in his hands. His lack of defense will prevent him from getting any serious minutes but the NBA looooooooves guys who can shoot the deep 3. He could have a nice career and who knows, if he learned to be an average defensive player he might fill a role like JJ Redick does.
