As a player or admin Hawaii is a no brainer as a location.....

Vegas is a crap shoot with the weather in December. I have been to games where it is in the 50's and pleasant and others where it is in the 30's and the wind chill pushes it down into the 20's. Hawaii. Too bad the bowls only attraction is its location. It neither deserves or receives any attention by anyone other than the two teams playing in the game.
