It's a brutal ask for any new coach to walk into. But I think it will be especially difficult if the new HC has no prior HC experience.

New systems, new schemes, unfamiliar with the players, trying to get buy-in, new assistants, etc.

That's why I thought Niumatalolo was a great option.

I'll be happy with KS and be all-in with my support. But it could be an ugly season if things don't go perfectly.

P. S. I've never wanted KW and still think he was never a real option.
