I don't know how that sentiment is true when we just hired a coach from the PAC
Sure he played at BYU 15 years ago. But all of his experience has been in a P5 conference. He has more experience coachin against BYU than he does being a part of the BYU family.
Notice how he is recruiting guys right now. Why is he doing it this way? he knows the recruiting weaknesses of BYU over the past decade, because he has been recruiting against us. I wouldn't really call that groupthink.
