Just because these guys went to school together a couple decades ago doesn't mean they all think the same way and can't think critically about each other's decisions and gameplans. Groupthink is about no one challenging consensus, and most of these guys have demonstrated an ability to make changes according to needs (kalani pulling offers, Detmer calling audibles as well as being willing to turn down job offers until now, etc)
