They were just trying out a concept where they would bring in people to train them for speed, vertical and I can't remember what else.
My brothers and I got a good discount because a coach we knew was connected to the staff at T.O.S.H (the orthopedic specialty hospital) in Murray.
The reason for all the context is I cant tell you how their program stacks up to the several throughout the SL Valley today. But I can tell you back in 99 or 2000 it *was state of the art. We ran on speed trreadmills and did certain training methods that did in fact cut down my 40 time and improve my vertical during my 6-8 week program.
I'm not sure if there is a better value out there today. Im confident there is better programs but at what cost? For the price that we paid it was a good bang for the Buck.
