And improved speed, quickness and form pretty dramatically. Also did Velocity at XSI Factory in Lehi.

My other son, more of a basketball player, has trained with a guy named Mike Stroshine recently. Mike is terrific for speed/explosion but not sure he works on running form.

I don't know if Nate or Velocity are still training these days but I recommend similar training to you if you can find it.

Also, I know JPendleton trains at Aces. His reputation as a trainer is stellar. I have both Stroshine and Pendleton numbers if you have interest.
