I had a conversation with a person very close to the program. His comment was in the MWC they could use team play to beat the more ahletic teams (SDSU, UNLV, etc). Now that BYU is in the WCC, all of the teams play a similar game style.

His feeling was the coaches in the MWC were better recruiters but the coaches in the WCC were better actual coaches.

I'm curious about your thoughts on this.
