just attack the ACC, I'm sure a public announcement that they are offering 6 ACC
teams would send a message to the Big 10 to offer the five they want and that would be the end of the conference. leave a couple for the SEC and boom its over. The schools would vote to disband if 75% of them had offers to join the BIG/SEC and a Big 12 at 16.
Not saying it is going to happen, but the consultants will offer it up as a possibility
