Awhile ago, I posted on here to see if someone needed a job. We were on a tight budget, so we couldn't offer much. I explained that we would probably be able to give a raise once the position paid off (I got mocked on the board and in private messages--I wasn't offended. Can't blame cougarboard for being cougarboard). Annnway, the person we hired is now earning nearly twice as much from where they started. I hope the decent trajectory continues.
