We're not sure exactly how to set it up. At this point, since the brand isn't valuable yet (no one would recognize it), we probably just need good attorneys who want to be involved in building the brand. So, in fairness, we probably don't have something anyone wants to buy right now.

However, someone may say, "I like the idea and I want some of the growth that will come from developing the brand."

Anyway, if it takes off, great. If not, we'll still have a good local/regional law firm.
