Emery is far too out of control to be on the floor. If he wants to be a leader, he has to make others better and subjugate his game.

As for Collinsworth - with all of his talent, I am frustrated that his outside shot and free throw shooting remained so dismal. These are the easiest to improve on over the offseason - it didn't happen. As unique as Collinsworth is, Rose is still starving for some decent overall guard play. I've not seen anything like this.
