You report the income and expenses for food, snacks, etc. on schedule C. You

are supposed to give the person you are doing child care for a statement that has your business name, address, federal ein, and the amount paid for each child and the year it is for. This info is required to be reported by the claimant on form 2441 for the child care credit expense.
