and that isn't including teh guest house.. I think he payed 1k for the home and he was making about 12k...To put that inot perspective.. my 300k house would mean i would need to be making more than 200k to be income to home price ratios... not too mwention the same applies to CARS too... A luxury car today like a BMW costs a years salary at least in todays world... that BMW was about 1/4 his salary then.
