BYU for a couple years. I had to laugh when he said "It was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. I've never been to a university recruiting fair where the wife attended with the husband, and in some cases, was asking me more questions about the job than the husband was. We would find a really good candidate, but I felt like I had to sell the position to both him and the wife if we wanted to get him."
