In Tayom's case, he can still "help his draft potential" at BYU, so that's not a legit reason to transfer. He may only have one year left of FB left to play. If he transfers it would have to be for a reason that isn't available at BYU.

It makes no sense to go to a crappy program (i.e. UVA) for one year. "But the education..." STOP! If education is a big factor go to Stanford or Michigan where you get an elite education AND win a lot of football games.
