my S drops low can't remember how far down, but then my C bumps back up. I've taken the test post hire and pre hire. I think that my post hire one was more accurate, but I received an offer from the one that I took pre hire.

I don't exactly remember the numbers from the pre hire evaluation.

It's been 10 years since I've taken the assessment. I used more effective assessments, but again it depends what your organization wants.
