San Andreas is exactly what you think it is. It's a mega disaster movie
with major plot holes and a cliched story line and a lot of CGI. The only cliche NOT in the movie was "We need to risk our lives to go back and save the family dog".
It's 2012, Armaggedon, Volcano, Deep Impact, and The Day After Tomorrow just with an earthquake on the West Coast.
