Yeah I just found this comparison, that seems like the only real drawback.

Kind of lame that transferred points don't count but I'm not sure we'd ever hit the 100k points anyway. I think I might switch over to the sapphire

Without the pass the SWA card falls back into the pack. Sapphire is a good card
