Another thing about the zone that is not represented and this applies to HI and

Utah. The quality of recruits per number of population is much higher. Check this article out and see where it makes sense to have a presence. I would also think the higher the ranking the more people interested in actually watching and the higher the viewer ratings. Take NY, or all of NE for that matter, a large population but low Nielson ratings.
