I'll try to explain...

1. We could have the likes of OU, OSU, KSU, KU, Texas, and Baylor coming to Provo every year. Can you imagine having Kansas at the MC on a yearly basis? No Delta Center cop out? How about OU in LES? Maybe with a division title on the line!

2. Playing for a conference championship and better bowls in football.

3. Instantly more relevant in the world of college sports.
