My bro-in-law is contracted to do some restaurant updates for their restaurant and has spent a lot of time with the owner. I haven't been there myself yet, but he raves about them. He tells me that the owner only does it for fun and the love of BBQ. He is there in person and often does the preparation and visits tables to follow-up with customers.
He also gives my bro-in-law a lot of free BBQ since he's visiting the restaurant frequently while they do work. He has a freezer full of frozen beef ribs. Oh, and he tells me that they have the best beef ribs he's ever had.
