Nope, there are the same issues with every generation
its just a little weird that some Millenials just don't want to strike out on their own. The Boomers always wanted to be on their own, a lot of them just couldn't afford to do it. In the 50's 60's and 70's wages were so low, it was almost impossible to save the 20% required down payment for a house. Let alone the interest rates that were sky high. When I bought my first house the going rate was 18%! And yes life did suck then for many reasons.
