A couple of things ...
1. Why do they assume Cincinnati needs a travel partner in UConn? I thought Cincinnati was going to be WV's travel partner.
2. I can see the motivation to add 4 teams to help a B12N since 4 new schools would all come with their tier 3 rights which could help the B12N with content until other B12 teams can re-acquire their tier 3 rights.
