The interview was also geared toward things he had already said about schools prior. You're really stretching to make BYU fit better in this picture than they do. They could, but signs clearly don't point to it. You haven't argued against anything I've said yet, only "well we don't know what he's going to do." Of course we don't. But I don't know what else you want. He got the chance to say who stands out. I'd love for it to work out but he flat out hasn't really had loads of interest in BYU, ever, I don't think. This whole dad thing was a glimpse of hope but he's had sights set on big things since before his dad was at BYU. It's not like his dad is a coach anyway.
Always a chance, but you can't argue that there's really nothing hinting at a big chance for BYU right now. If they make his top 5 this summer, I'd be shocked if they make it higher if he goes to a top 3 later, or if they're truly in it anyway. Being high on these schools is nothing new. Pretty clear he has some favorites.
