aren't FSU or Clemson, but they do have interest, a following, history, great facilities and I think a huge potential to grow. We are all most likely huge fans, but we may not realize how much BYU can grow if they are in a P5 conference. (Yes I do think they would evolve into a ND type school over time) That is why the Big12 should add BYU and one other school with great potential.

After they solidify themselves, the Big12 could potentially poach some ACC top teams. They need to be proactive to survive. Some seem to think that the Big12 would be the first to die, but if they add 2 now and then poach some later, they will be sitting as a top conference.
