Yes, the ACC has a "network", that shows games live over the Internet and is sometimes picked up by local stations or a regional network.
Of course, by this logic the Big 12 also has a network, as "Big 12 Network" games (some basketball games, as well as conference tournament games) are shown on various TV stations.
From what I've seen, the various ACC schools don't make any more from their conference "network" than Big 12 schools do from their own "networks," and less than schools like Oklahoma and Kansas.
