BamaCoug--what if prices keep rising?

To me, the Big10 deal signifies that the value of College Football TV rights continues to climb--rapidly.

So, if the price is increasing every year, wouldn't ESPN be smart to renegotiate earlier, to lock in lower prices?

Also, how do you think recent team performance may play into negotiations? For example, if we have a killer year in 2019 heading into our contract negotiations?
