stovetop in a pan. I cook a few pieces at a time and refrigerate for later (should I freeze instead). Typically cook on Med/high for about 4-5 minutes, then turn it down to med/low and cook for another 8-10. Its OK when I eat it initially, but nothing special. I use salt, pepper and maybe some garlic salt is all.
Don't have a grill as we live in an apartment, so it would have to be stovetop or baked, but need something I can cook a few days ahead.
