believe is the exit date deadline for the AAC and MWC teams. At least one team from one of those conferences, in addition to BYU, are the teams under consideration. So if they weren't going to achieve consensus by July 1 it makes little sense to rush and push expansion through by the end of this summer. This is likely why Boren is saying they won't announce anything this summer. Why would they when they have until July 1st of 2017 to announce? Gives them more time to discuss specific expansion candidates with TV partners in terms of how it will impact TV deals, which is the where the BIG money is.
