need to meet to say "ok let's continue looking at expansion". A LOT more was discussed in that meeting. And there is no way they are just now getting around to reaching out to schools. That had already been done. I don't think they need to meet in person again. I think they voted on schools in that last meeting and are just getting all the legal stuff done now.
