if deals with #1 & 2 occur as expected then they are already voted on. The #3 & 4, should #1 or 2 fall a part or they get such beneficial offers/presentations that they decide to go to 14 schools (or maybe even change #2) may need another vote and it also may not require them to meet in person again.
