Sure our women's volleyball team lost to Penn State in the championship game. But they became the first unseeded team in history ever to reach a final four, like the men they laid claim to being the second best team in the country, and they continued BYU's streak of dominating Texas in everything.

Sure, Heaps turned out to be a bust, but another freshman that year who had absolutely no offers from other FBS schools ended up becoming BYU's all-time leading receiver.
