in a way it wouldn't have 15 years ago. We have been losing out on kids that we should (and used to) get to UU. A lot of kids who would have been happy keeping the HC. And some to Stanford and USC.

If we are in the B12, and Kalani is our coach, honestly it would surprise me if we didn't pick up an extra 2 4 Star LDS kids per year. Because of our cycle with these kids that would take longer to take effect, but its most of an entire side of the ball. If its 3 kids a year (I think that's too high in the short run but doable in the long run as we become competitive in the B12) it is an entire side of the ball.
