Here are some examples of guys who had at least 9'2" reach and 30" no step vert
Willie Cauley Stein - 9'2", 31"
Derrick Favors - 9'2", 31"
Tyson Chandler - 9'2", 31"
And some examples of guys who didn't hit the no step vert criteria:
LaMarcus Aldridge - 9'2", 26.5"
Spencer Hawes - 9'2", 26"
Jason Collins - 9'2", 25"
Eddie Griffin - 9'2", 26.5"
Clint Capela - 9'2.5", 27"
Jahlil Okafor - 9'2", 26"
The list of guys who have >9' reach and >29.5" no step vert is extremely small. And of that short list, the majority are elite athlete bigs. Does Dastrup have a max vert of 30"? Maybe. Standing jump? No way. That's Chris Bosh level stuff.
