I hope he continues to grow and that he's strong enough mentally/emotionally to weather the storm of riding Dave Rose's bench. It can grind on your enthusiasm and confidence and wear it down to nothing pretty quickly. I only have a couple of criticisms of Coach Rose and the inconsistent way he handles and develops his bench players is one of them. He needs to have a little more patience in letting those players figure out their roles and how they fit in. He seems to use his bench the way the NBA uses Jimmer. That's hard for most players to deal with and overcome.
