With or without Big 12, BYU sports will continue its long term upward trend. BYU is different, Athletes, like others who
grow up with a BYU future in their hearts, will continue to be drawn to Provo as they are to their missions.
Along with others among Cougar nation, i hope now is the time that BYU is acknowledged as an important, stable, growing, culture in America and across the globe. But regardless, BYU is not going away and will continue to get stronger.
BYU will continue to do what it does well and our children will continue to attend and to learn and then go forth to serve our communities in increasingly important ways as executives, entertainers/athletes, government leaders, health care pros, lawyers, engineers, entrepreneurs, etc.
They can't stop us, they can't hurt us, they can't change us, and at some point, they will have to deal with us.
We don't need the Big 12 to validate us or to make us good.
