Agree. And there isn't much question that Bowlsby has little influence on what Big 12 Presidents really care about,
which i am not sure has much to do with the media issues being discussed.
While LGBT is an issue, i doubt it is a deal breaker.
While the best sources know what Bowlsby and the ADs are saying, they may not understand the Presidents or what they mean by "common culture" and "fit." Early speculation suggested that was about the non-issue of Sunday play. Now the speculators think it is about LGBT and BYU's Honor Code. i'm skeptical they have identified the dominant non-athletic related issues.
