Even if he doesn't last the whole year you get some good games from him (a talent BYU won't see again for many years), and then you still have Tanner to start the rest of the year.

People who think we should start Tanner because Taysom's too injury prone are crazy to me. I'll take 1 game of Taysom over 0 games of Taysom.

Also I don't believe that at this point in Taysom's career that he's not as good a passer as Tanner. Is Tanner a more natural/gifted passer? Yes. But at this point, right now, they are on par as far as passing goes IMO.
