My 43 birthday is next month
Last year I weighed 305 on my birthday- today I'm at 235. It's been the same formula... I'm using myfitnesspal and I bought a withings scale. I've plateaued twice and have just stuck with my regimine. It seems to be working and I need to lose 30 more lbs to reach my goal. I'm 6'3" ... And shrinking. 😄
