It is a farmer's market type of deal, or is there an easy way to "get rid of" the honey. Seems like if you have to sell it yourself through a farmer's market, not only would that incur a certain liability for inventory and whatnot, but also add hassle, which is difficult to put a price on. Although, some people enjoy that sort of thing, so maybe that is not a big deal.
