My wife just posted it on facebook and we had more demand
than honey. We have had people taste it and already eaten the jar they bought and they want more (but we are out). There were also a number of people that wanted to purchase more honey, but we limited it to one per, due to the demand. We put most of the honey in 1 1/2 pound jars and sold it for $10, but next year, I think we will use 2 pound jars and sell it for $15 - lower container cost and higher sales revenue per pound

It will be interesting if we get 400 pounds next year - we might have to go to a local farmers market, Not sure. Before we started, my wife agreed to take that responsibility. The woman could sell an ice cube to an Eskimo - it is out of my comfort zone, so I appreciate her talents in that area.

Honey is about the safest food on the planet. Most states have minimal regulations on it for that reason.
